Please read the following information in ‘Your Rights and Privacy’, ‘Delivery and Returns’ Sections for Chameleon online service carefully. By accessing the information on the Chameleon site you confirm and understand, accept and agree to be bound by the information listed in these sections.

YOUR RIGHTS AND PRIVACY

You have certain rights when purchasing over the internet.

Chameleon abide by the Office of Fair Trading rules on internet shopping follow this link to the Office of Fair Trading website for your convenience the information given in these pages is only a summary of your rights: it should not be seen as a replacement for legal advice.

Chameleon’s website does not store or capture personal information it merely logs via a third party which is standard internet protocol allowing data to be transmitted between two pages.

We do not pass on to any other organisation or person any of your details nor do we keep any record of credit card or address details at the time of purchase, and conform with the requirements of Data Protection Act 1998.

PAYMENTS

We accept the following means of payment:-
Email acceptance of your order
Telephone payments/ Fax payments
Payment by cheque (UK) only
Payment by cheque to be made to Chameleon Printing Services Ltd
Please allow at least 7 days for cheque payment to be delivered and processed.
Payment by postal Orders (UK) only – we recommend you send by recorded delivery
Payment by Postal Orders to be made payable to Chameleon Printing Services Ltd
Please note Chameleon cannot be held responsible for the loss of any Post.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TIMES

We despatch goods at appropriate shipping costs to UK Mainland Locations only, all orders are usually despatched same day as long as order and payment is received before 2.30pm, if any item is out of stock we will notify you by email with the expected delivery date, if an item is out of stock and you do not wish to wait for your order you can take the option to cancel your order and receive a full refund or change to another item, if you choose to wait for delivery of the out of stock item we will inform you again when the item has been despatched.

If you decide to cancel your order once you have received the goods you must return the goods in saleable condition, but goods are returned at your own expense and must be returned in a saleable condition. If goods are not returned you can be charged for the direct cost of the recovery of the goods. (Please see Office of Fair Trade Regulations)

All orders are despatched to UK Mainland addresses only using Interlink Express Nextday Delivery Service and will require a signature on receipt as proof of delivery.

If you are not in when they deliver they will leave a card with the local depot telephone number for you to telephone and rearrange delivery to your convenience but you must telephone within 24hrs of receipt of calling card.

We make every effort to comply with individual delivery arrangements but we cannot be held responsible for any inconvenience caused by factors beyond out control. If we cannot deliver goods to your address for any reason we will notify you by email or telephone.

Please Note Goods ordered Monday-Thursday will be received the Nextday, goods ordered on a Friday will be delivered on the following Monday.

We DO NOT deliver on Saturday or Sundays.

All goods are insured against damage in transit. All deliveries must be checked. Any damage to be reported within 24hours to us by email gchameleon@blueyonder.co.uk or in writing to Chameleon Unit 11 Smallbrook Business Centre Waterloo Road Bidford-on-Avon Warks B50 4JE.

RETURNS
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will refund to you the purchase price * Less Postage and Packing, if notified within 14 days of receipt of goods by email or written notification, Goods are returned at your own expense and must be returned in a Saleable condition to:-
